In this presentation Haakon Mathisen - founder & CEO of Vierlive will show us what the platform is best for, where the platform is headed and how concerts on the platform works. We aren’t just a streaming platform. We are likely also the world’s most talented creators of cinematically live-streamed concerts and performances. Renowned artists — such as Aurora, Girl in Red or Frida Ånnevik — have chosen to work with us because we have redefined the very format of live-streaming. The same goes for the dancers of the Norwegian National Ballet as well as the acclaimed Munch Museum, which chose to host a live-tour of its artworks via our streaming platform. Our conscious use of cinematic language and symbolism allows us to invite the audience into the very heart of our cultural performances. Thus live-streaming becomes a realistic close-up moment, making it possible for the viewer to experience a sense of intimacy with performers which may in fact surpass that derived from attending a regular concert. No — things don’t get as sweaty, as physical. But you — as the viewer — are given a unique chance to become part and particle of the experience. You’re granted access to an entirely new universe. Some may call the live-streams we produce “music videos,” and that may come closest to a factual description. Yet we believe there is so much more to them. When we produce live-streaming experiences — the likes of which you’ve never seen before — we call that an achievement. This is the core of what we are, and always will be. We are a one of a kind streaming service. We’re not just a digital stage, but a creative force which mingling with artists, performers, cultural institutions and gifted directors, continues to push the limits of what live-streaming can be.
