Giddy Gang

As a young collective of beatmakers, songwriters, and session musicians GiddyGang’s members have been building hype through their involvement with globally successful Norwegian acts like Aurora, Boy Pablo, Beharie and Ivan Ave. With references to legendary beatmakers like J Dilla and modern ensembles like Butcher Brown as well as artists like Mac Ayers - GiddyGang blend hip-hop, jazz, R&B and indie for a warm, nostalgic and fresh sound. From an early stage, GiddyGang earned praise from several international acts, including artists and musicians like Robert Glasper and Mac Ayres. The legendary DJ Jazzy Jeff (Fresh Prince of Bel Air) «slided» into GiddyGang’s dm, which resulted in him featuring on their latest single «Queendom (feat. DJ. Chali)», and an invitation to come to Philadelphia «asap» to make music together in his studio. GiddyGang’s fourth release «Art Over Profit» will be available on all streaming platforms september 20th, including tracks with featuring artists like DJ Chali, DJ Jazzy Jeff and the award-winning norwegian rapper Ivan Ave.
